Warrant Out for Tiffany Souers' Killer

A warrant has been issued for Jerry Buck Inman, of Tennessee, who is wanted for the strangulation death of Tiffany Souers. Authorities have checked both his mother's house and his sister's house in pursuit of Mr. Inman. The police matched DNA taken from the crime scene to Jerry Buck Inman. He has various tattoos on his body, including tats on either side of his neck.
Jerry Buck Inman may be driving a red and silver Chevy Blazer, or an older Chevy Camaro. He is a registered sex offender, who was recently released from prison after serving 17 years on sexual battery charges. Ms. Souers' father believes Inman worked at the construction site near The Reserve, where Tiffany lived.
