Does Vegas want the NBA?

    With the NBA All-Star festivities being held in Las Vegas over the weekend, there was talk of an NBA team possibly on the horizon for the city. According to this site and this one, the NBA posse wasn't exactly on its best behavior over the weekend. Or wait, maybe this is their best behavior? Fights, shootings, restaurant employees refusing to deal with them?
