Chihuahua Lady Is Even Dumber Than We Thought

    Wentzville, MO lady who hit someone with a dead chihuahua wanted to remind everyone how much of a winner she is. The lady, Lisa Lynn Hopfer (34), has been charged with stealing some $1,500 worth of items from area stores along with a teenage accomplice. Apparently the two hit up the Target and Kohl's stores on Highway K in O'Fallon then admitted to it when they got pulled over sometime afterwards. She has been ordered to get an exam to determine how much of a nutjob she really is. My guess is she will clck in somewhere between Brtiney Spears and Kim JonSmallDong on the nutjob scale.
