Here are some of my ramblings for the evening:
Go rent Grandma's Boy on DVD. It's going to be the next big cult classic
Here's an interesting write-up about Regal Cinemas. Minethatdata takes a look at their financial records from last year to dissect a movie ticket. Read the article. Apparently, the movie ticket is the loss leader for the theaters. It seems to me that it is the fault of the movie theater industry that their movie costs are so high. There are too many different theater chains and too few real big chains to band together and demand lower costs. Link
