Is It Really Bosley Sr.'s Fault?

Monday, July 10, 2006

I find it hillarious that the residents trying to force Freeman Bosley Sr. out of office have a little problem in their recall campaign. If you didn't hear, about 2/3 of the signatures got thrown out because either the people didn't live in the ward or signed an agreement saying they wanted their name off the petition.

How can you really say that the neighborhood's violence problems are his fault? The problem is that the people committing the violence are idiots. A great man once said, I believe it was on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, "You Can't Fix Stupid". Come to think if it, that could be applied to many social problems in this age of blame everyone but yourself.
