Glenn Beck - 97.1 Talk - Allman and Smash

Thursday, September 28, 2006

MediaMatters.org tries to make Glenn Beck look like an idiot, but what I see is a listing of some pretty darn truthful statements that offend tree-huggers. You have to read past some of the liberal spin to grasp how true the quotes are.

Beckisms

Allman and Smash on 97.1 is easily the best morning show on the air. It sure beats the heck out of Cornbread over on WIL. Listen to it starting at 7 each weekday morning.

St. Louis up for a Worldwide Award?

Apparently St. Louis is up for a Leadership Award from the World Leadership Forum. The WLF press release says it is for "Strategy for Renewal". Sounds to me like a contest in school where you got an award for how fancy your business plan sounded, not whether it worked or not.
