Developers In Dubai Are Creating Lots to Build On

Apparently some developers in Dubai couldn't find lots they wanted to build on, so they decided to create them. Along with this, the developers are also building a development with islands forming a world map. How cool is that? The article says that the total cost of all the islands these guys are building is $14 billon.
